The Embassy participated at the 22nd China International Conference for Investment and Trade which held in Xiamen, Jiangsu Province, from September 6-10, 2022.
At the conference, Ambassador Dewano briefed on Ethiopia’s investment opportunities, incentives and priority sectors and he invited participant companies to visit Ethiopia and explore the business environment.
Furthermore, Ambassador visited prominent companies like C&Y Inc., Kinglong, Zijin Mining and Tykkowhom and encouraged to further expand their business engagement and make use of the good investment conditions in Ethiopia.
On the sidelines of conference, Ambassador witnessed the signing ceremony between Ethiopian Airlines and Xiamen Airport to launch the Xiamen-Addis Ababa-Sao Paulo cargo service.
