Ethiopia-China Friendship and Cooperation Committee and Ethiopian Youth Entrepreneurs Association signed MOU

H.E. Amb. appreciated the Young entrepreneur and Youth leader Ms. Samya and Madam Betty and their team for taking the lead to establish the partnership and for arranging this MOU signing ceremony which boosts Ethiopian`s youth entrepreneurs relation with their Chinese Counterparts.

H. E. Ambassador highlighted the importance of this friendship to the both sides, he mentioned that this partnership creating a mechanism which will align youth engagement in our public Diplomacy, Investment, technology transfer and trade promotion activities in both Ethiopia and China. He also stated during the ceremony that Ethiopia is the most richly endowed country with great potential dwelling inside it every citizen and youth represent a huge reservoir of human and financial capital an important bridge between the two friendly countries.

Madam Betty Xu, chairperson of the Ethiopia-China Friendship and Cooperation Committee on her side expressed her sincere appreciation and gratitude to the Embassy for the usual support and for hosted this importance ceremony. She explained the major activities of the committee so far. During her remark she mentioned that this association will serve as the bridge between the two countries in various fields as Ambassador Tefera mentioned.

Ms. Samya Abdulkadir, President of EYEA, on the other hand expressed her happiness and commitment to continue working with their Chinese counterparts by promoting the partnership and enhancing the relationship between the both countries.
