The Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Beijing bid a farewell program to the four Embassy staff who successfully accomplished their service years in the Embassy. Mr. Yisak Shimelis, Mr. Solomon Tesfaye, Mr. Abebe Alamirew, and Colonel Ahmed Dadie are the outgoing staff who finished their tenure years in the Embassy.
Furthermore, the Embassy also held a welcoming program for the two diplomats who joined the Embassy a week ago from the Headquarter. Mr. Latjor Nhial Leer and Mr. Dobuol Tut Both are the two new diplomats who recently joined the Embassy.
The Embassy staff thanked the outgoing staff for their tireless efforts and meaningful contributions to the bilateral relations between the two countries which will remain as a legacy to the Embassy. They also wish the newly deployed staff a good working time in Beijing.
H.E Ambassador Terefe Derbew, the head of the Ethiopia Embassy in Beijing, China expressed his best regards and appreciation to the outgoing staff for their fruitful contributions in achieving the core mission of the Embassy. The ambassador also encourages the newly deployed staff to work tirelessly to accomplish the Embassy’s vision, missions and objectives.
