On March 23/ 2023 H.E. Ambassador Tefera Deribew had a fruitful discussion with Mr. Aklilu Tadesse, CEO of the Industrial Parks Development Corporation, on the issues of Chinese manufacturing companies that can enter and produce in Ethiopian industrial parks.
In his remark, the Ambassador emphasized that it is fundamental to jointly working together to achieve the common goals and objectives so that Ethiopia would be preferred by many Chinese investors.
Mr. Aklilu Tadesse on his part shared the information regarding the reform works and investment flow being carried out by the corporation.
Based on the discussion, issues that need to be planned and carried out in the future have been identified, and a common understanding has been reached to introduce favorable investment options and incentives in industrial parks to further strengthen the existing relations.
