This morning, H.E. Ambassador Tefera Derbew discussed with Mr. Xue Bing, Special Envoy of the People’s Republic of China to the Horn of Africa. In their discussion they raised the ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and the progress in relation to the Horn of Africa Initiative. Both sides underlined the need to work closely in implementation of Action plan of HOA.
